What time can we check in and out?
Check in from 14:00 and check out by 10:00.
What is the minimum stay?
Most dates need at least 2 nights. Shorter gaps are sometimes open, so ask us if you would like a single night.
Are children welcome?
Yes. EverGreen Lodge suits families with up to three children, and De-vine View suits larger families. Tell us who is coming and we will suggest the best fit.
Can we bring our pets?
Yes, your pets are welcome. Just let us know they are coming, so we can best accommodate your furry children. Our own dogs live on the property but are kept separate from guests and their pets. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Ask us which cottage is best for your pet.
Can we smoke?
There is no smoking indoors.
Is there Wi-Fi and TV?
Yes, there is Wi-Fi in every cottage and satellite TV. Ask us if you plan to work online during your stay.
What happens in a power cut?
Windrush is in the mountains, so we would rather you know what to expect. Ask us what backup power each cottage has and we will tell you exactly.
Is there firewood?
EverGreen Lodge and The Bird House each have a wood-burning stove, and De-vine View has a fireplace. Ask us about firewood when you book.
How are the beds made up?
Most beds are two singles under one double cover. Tell us whether you want double beds or twin beds and we will set them up before you arrive.
What about the deposit and cancellations?
Bookings are made through NightsBridge's booking form, and the terms are set out on our booking terms page. If you would like to know before you book, ask us.
Where do we park?
There is secure off-street parking at Windrush.
Do we need to cook for ourselves?
Windrush is self-catering. EverGreen Lodge and De-vine View have self-catering kitchens and The Bird House has a kitchenette with a gas hob, fridge and microwave. Hogsback has limited shopping, so bring your main groceries. Ask us what each kitchen has if you are planning a big meal.
Can we book the whole property?
Yes. All three cottages sleep 13 comfortably and up to 15.
